Piece of shit Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT) gave his farewell speech, and it was as awful as you would expect.
"The Senate as an institution is in crisis," said the Senator.
"The committee proves lies in shambles. Regular order is a relic of the past. And compromise... is now synonymous with surrender."
Gee, I wonder who played a role in making the Senate such a place?
