On Tuesday Donald Trump spoke to reporters outside of the White House. Where he said, "It's a very scary time for young men in America."

Here's how it went:

As has been noted, Donald Trump knows a thing or two about making people guilty before proven innocent.

Raymond Santana, Kevin Richardson, Antron McCray, Yusef Salaam, and Kearney Wise, all colored men falsely accused of raping a women in New York's Central Park in 1989. The five would become known as the "Central Park Five."

Back in 1989, Donald Trump was the lead crusader against the five teenagers at the time.

Buying an Ad that read:

Chris Hayes on the presumption of innocence:

Trump and Kavanaugh get away with their crimes.

Meanwhile, the poor are in jail simply because they can't afford bail, and an African American spent three years in Rikers Island for "allegedly" stealing a backpack. An experience that likely caused the young man to take his own life.
